- 2oz Bombay Sapphire Gin or favourite London dry Gin
- Dry Vermouth (to taste 0.1oz-0.25oz)
- 1 sprig of Rosemary
- Garnish: Rosemary tip, Lemon peel
Take rosemary sprig, remove bottom leaves but save top for garnish. Add Gin and rosemary to mixing glass, muddle slightly to release oils from rosemary. Add vermouth to taste, then stir with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass, garnish with trimmed rosemary tip and lemon twist.
